SMS Messaging Terms
SMS Program. LeadLauncher operates an SMS program for customer care and appointment communication. If you call our business number and we cannot answer, we send an automated text reply to that number so you can continue the conversation. If you submit a form on this site and consent to text messages, you may receive replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates. Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially. Help. Text HELP to the number for assistance, or email zack@leadlauncherai.com. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for details on your plan. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.
